Who this is for.

What happens when you bring awareness into a sound bath? You take a skill home, not just the feeling.

Guided tracking

Central, in person
Sound baths are everywhere. People show up, lie down, drift off, leave. Something soothing has happened, and yet most participants struggle to say what changed or how to do it again. The work was done to them.
Resonance is built differently. Same sound. Same instruments. Same depth. But you're awake. You're noticing. You're being taught what your nervous system is actually doing while the sound moves through you.
When the session ends, you don't just feel better. You know why.
Sound is the carrier. Body literacy is the practice. Resonance is where they meet.
Water droplets, the intimacy of noticing, Resonance Hong Kong

Where this takes you.

Four moments most participants describe after the session.

Misty horizon where the ocean meets the sky

You lie down knowing this is not just a thing being done to you. The bowls start. Instead of drifting off, you notice which sounds your body opens toward and which it closes against.

Your shoulders soften before your mind says relax. Your breath finds a new rhythm without being told to breathe. The body is teaching itself.

You leave with a felt experience of your own regulation. You don't need someone to tell you it worked. You felt it.

A few days later, the same kind of tightness shows up in your day, and you remember the body you had in the room. You take a breath. You drop your shoulders. The practice is portable.

Sound work that builds a skill, not just a state. That's Resonance.

Here's how the session unfolds.

The three movements.

90 minutes. Same depth as any sound bath, with the awareness layer added.

01
Setting · 15 minutes
Arrival and orientation
Settling onto the mat, getting warm, a short teaching on what we'll be tracking. The instruments are introduced. The session is contextualised so the next hour can land.
By the end: most participants describe the body knowing it can let go.
02
Sound · 60 minutes
The sound, with somatic guidance
The bath itself, with somatic guidance threaded throughout. Periodic prompts to notice what's happening in your body. You don't have to follow them. You have to notice you can.
By the end: most participants describe a felt experience of regulation they helped create.
03
Settling · 15 minutes
Integration and take-home
Quiet. Tea. A short sharing if you want it. A take-home practice you can use the next time you can't sleep.
By the end: most participants leave with something they can take into the rest of the week.

Sunlight shimmering on water

The sound moves through you. The noticing is what you keep.

What to expect.

Honesty up front. This is what Resonance is and isn't.

A still lake at dawn, the quality of noticing
If your mind wanders.

That's the part of you that doesn't yet trust that just feeling is enough. We work with that, not against it. Drifting is information. Coming back is the practice. The group holds it, and the science backs it up: one regulated nervous system settles the others. That's polyvagal, not metaphor.

If you've done sound work before.

This will feel related but different. The sound is the same. The instruction layer is what's new. You're not being asked to perform mindfulness. You're being shown what's already happening in your body.

If you've never done sound work.

You don't need experience. The instruments do most of the work. The somatic prompts are gentle. You can ignore them and just rest. The teaching meets you wherever you arrive.

What you walk out with.

More than a sound bath. A skill you didn't have when you walked in.

Light through the surface of water
01
A felt experience.
Your nervous system has been somewhere it doesn't usually go. The change isn't theoretical. It's in your body. You can feel it on the way home.
02
A take-home practice.
Something you can do without bowls or a practitioner. A way to access a piece of what you found in the room, in your own time, at 11pm when you can't sleep.
03
A reference point.
Next time you're activated, your body remembers what settled feels like. It has somewhere to return to. That is what body literacy gives you.

About me.

The work is somatic. The frame is nervous system. The voice is mine.

Faith Lantz, somatic wellness practitioner, Hong Kong

I'm Faith Lantz, a somatic wellness practitioner based in Central, Hong Kong. I'm a certified Biodynamic and Upledger Craniosacral Therapist, a certified Rebirthing Breathwork practitioner, and I'm completing a 3-year professional training in Somatic Experiencing, the body-based trauma approach developed by Dr. Peter Levine.

I've worked with vibrational medicine for years. Sound has always been part of how I hold a room. Resonance is where I bring those two threads together: ancient practice and trained nervous system awareness.

Sound without somatic awareness is a sensory experience. Sound with somatic awareness is a teaching. Resonance is the second one. It's where I bring people who are ready to learn from the sound, not only receive it.

Trained, experienced, in practice.

The science behind the work, the training behind the practice.

The science.

Resonance is grounded in polyvagal theory, interoception research, and the body-based trauma work of Peter Levine, Bessel van der Kolk, Stephen Porges, and Gabor Maté. The science is real. The practice is what makes it land in your body.

The training.

Certified Biodynamic and Upledger Craniosacral Therapist. Certified Rebirthing Breathwork practitioner. Completing the 3-year professional training in Somatic Experiencing, the gold standard in trauma resolution. Active practice in Central, Hong Kong.
